Met zijn prachtige goudkleurige naalden is de Golden Smaragd echt een juweel voor in de tuin. Het is een trage groeier en is dicht vertakt met een smalle kegelvorm. Golden Smaragd is een sterke plant die geen last heeft van verbranding door de zon.
WAAROM NU ACTUEEL?
De Golden Smaragd is op vele manieren te gebruiken: in vakbeplanting, als solitair met een mooi kleuraccent in de border of als kuipplant op het balkon en terras. Ook perfect geschikt als haagplant. De planten zijn potgekweekt en daarom ook bij warm weer te planten. Daarnaast heeft hij weinig onderhoud nodig, eventueel snoeien in juni.
