De Blue Gem, ook wel Tasmaanse conifeer genoemd, is een makkelijke plant in een staalblauwe kleur. Hij kan in de zon of gedeeltelijke schaduw staan, heeft matig water nodig en is makkelijk te snoeien, ook in vormsnoei!
WAAROM NU AKTUEEL?
De groeipunten zijn nu mooi baksteenrood. In de herfst verkleurt de plant naar bronspaars. Mooi te combineren in een bloeiende border en geeft ook in de winter kleur aan de tuin.
