Hoewel coniferen niet bloeien, kunnen jong uitlopende groeiknoppen een verrassende sierwaarde hebben zoals bij diverse Piceasoorten. Zo kleurt Rainbow’s End heel de zomer geel.
WAAROM NU ACTUEEL?
De heldergele groeischeuten hebben een hoge sierwaarde. Door de frisse groei zijn de planten nu op z’n mooist. Het aardige is dat deze in de winter gewoon op het terras kan blijven staan (de plant is dan weer groen) en met wat lampjes erin dan sfeer geeft aan de tuin.
