Zodoende is ons hele assortiment vernieuwd. Dit kan gevolgen hebben voor ons aanbod in uw systeem. Zoals u misschien weet ontbreken bij sommige artikelen de VBN-codes en hebben wij destijds gekozen voor algemene VBN-codes bij sommige van onze artikelen. Dit geeft nog wel eens problemen bij het bestellen en ook zijn we op zoek gegaan naar een betere werkwijze voor dit probleem. Daarom hebben wij in samenwerking met onze softwareleverancier er voor gekozen dat we productcodes leidend kunnen maken in het aanbod en order proces. Dit betekend dat wij vanuit ons administratiepakket het aanbod kunnen koppelen aan verschillende systemen (waaronder ook Floriday/FloraXchange), met de daarbij behorende productspecificaties. Maar ook orders terug kunnen ontvangen met de juiste coderingen die wij koppelen. Met de huidige artikelgegevens en informatie/codes uit Floriday/FloraXchange was dit helaas niet mogelijk om dit goed en gestructureerd te laten verlopen. We hebben daarom moeten besluiten eenmalig het assortiment geheel te vervangen voor nieuwe artikelen/codes. We begrijpen dat dit ook voor jullie en de systemen gevolgen kan opleveren, maar met de huidige ontwikkelingen zien wij dit als een mooie kans en stap om ook in de toekomst op een correcte en snelle wijze de orders voor u af te handelen. Door deze wijziging kunnen wij intern onze processen mogelijk verbeteren en versnellen en maken we een mooie toekomst bestendige stap. Uiteraard zullen we de komende periode gebruiken om hier mee te testen. De grootste voorbereidingen hiervoor zijn inmiddels zo goed als afgerond. Aanbod wat op dit moment al offline stond is reeds verwijderd en gefaseerd worden nieuwe regels online gekoppeld, tot die tijd blijven de huidige actuele regels online. Al de nieuwe regels zijn inmiddels te koppelen, deze zijn te herkennen aan een 13-cijferige artikelcode, die voornamelijk bestaat uit cijfers. Wilt u zorgen dat deze selectie en wijziging op de juiste wijze ook in uw organisatie wordt doorgevoerd en dat dit bij de juiste medewerker(s) komt die het aanbod beheren?
